You can report an emergency related to the Conservancy District by using the our form or by calling 219-785-8287.
For all other emergencies requiring immediate police, fire, or medical assistance, please call 911.

I.G.C. Residential Property Management voluntarily maintains the landscaping within the roundabout flower beds. This maintenance is provided as a courtesy and is not a legal obligation or responsibility of I.G.C. Residential Property Managemen
The property owner is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the water service line from the Conservancy District's curb stop (corporation shutoff) to the residence, including all piping and plumbing located on private property.
Garbage collection is the responsibility of each homeowner. The I.G.C. Residential Property Management trash service is exclusively for the apartment complex and is not available to homeowners.
