Who we Serve

The South Coast Conservancy District provides essential water and wastewater services to residential

and commercial customers throughout the district. Our service area includes the Purdue University

Northwest campus, the Fields of New Durham apartment community, residents of the University

Village subdivision, and T.P. Orthodontics. Through the delivery of clean drinking water and the safe,

reliable management of wastewater, we support the health, safety, and daily needs of the community

we serve.

To ensure consistent and dependable service, the District operates and maintains a comprehensive

system of water distribution lines, sewer infrastructure, lift stations, booster pumps, and a water

tower. Drinking water supplied through our system is purchased from the Town of Westville, which

also provides wastewater treatment services for SCCD customers. Whether serving homes,

businesses, or institutional properties, the South Coast Conservancy District is committed to

delivering utilities our community can rely on.
